The residence is furnished throughout in Pottery Barn — a sleeper sectional, dining set, bedroom suite, rugs and accent pieces. The furniture is approximately one year old and there has been no occupancy since it was installed, so the residence presents as new.

The bedroom holds a queen bed, and the sectional converts to a second bed — so the residence sleeps four without anyone taking a sofa cushion. That matters for an assignment where a partner or a colleague visits.

Dishware, cookware and kitchen essentials are all in place. Internet is installed and active, and a security system is fitted. Nothing needs to be arranged, ordered or connected before a resident moves in.

Veer Towers is the residential heart of CityCenter — twin 37-storey towers by Helmut Jahn, each inclined five degrees from vertical in opposite directions. Completed in 2010, the pair hold 670 residences above the CityCenter plaza and are LEED Gold certified.

The building is residential only. There is no hotel programme, no rental desk and no nightly turnover — residents live among residents.

The residence sits within CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip. Aria, Vdara and The Shops at Crystals are a walk across the plaza. The Cosmopolitan and Park MGM are a few minutes on foot, and Harry Reid International is roughly ten minutes by car.

For a resident placed here on a corporate or relocation assignment, daily life is walkable from the front door — dining, retail, fitness and the major Strip employers alike.

Veer requires a six-month minimum and does not permit short-term letting, which places the residence outside the nightly market entirely. That aligns naturally with the six to eighteen month assignments typical of corporate relocation, executive housing and entertainment residencies.

It also means a resident is not living among weekly turnover — a distinction that matters a great deal to a relocating executive, and one most Strip-adjacent inventory cannot offer.
